What is transformation coaching?
Key aspects addressed in the process of transformation coaching:
*Identify what your values are.
*What’s your why? I.e. The reasoning behind your thoughts & actions.
*Identify where you are out of alignment or lacking balance.
*What aspects of life are you avoiding?
*What coping mechanisms have you come up with to fill the needs and desires that are not being met?
We are made up of so many parts, that at times it’s easy to become consumed by the part we play in life. Be it as an employee, business owner, parent, friend, family member… or the one that is most often forgotten… our inner child. Transformation coaching helps you identify where you’re unbalanced, or stuck and transform your life into one which is balanced and fills you with purpose, fulfillment and joy!
While transformation coaching can sometimes look like counseling, it is not counseling. If you need help with mental health conditions, please do find a counselor to help you. I’m always happy to help with life coaching in conjunction with you and your counselor, but not in place of one.
Every person is different, so no two programs will be alike. The transformation coaching sessions are tailored to your personal goals, learning style, and life history. You are not being put into a cookie cutter box.
Coaching sessions are facilitated in a safe, non judgmental, shame free way at a pace that feels supported and functional. Our coaching relationship is a professional one which is navigated with boundaries, consent and healthy, functional communication. All coaching clients review and sign a contract stating initial goals, and understanding the terms of payment and the nature of the relationship between coach and client.
